To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The item must be in the same condition as received. You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). 3. Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for: Opened or used paints, lacquers, thinners, or other chemical products. Custom-mixed paint products made specifically for your order. Items not in their original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error. 4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our mistake. 5.
